Basic operating steps of shoe upper machine

Preparation work: The operator retrieves the shoe upper and prepares to perform the gluing operation.

Start the machine: Use the foot switch to open the pressing wheel of the machine.

Insert the shoe upper: Place the shoe upper into the pressing wheel, then release the switch under your feet, and the shoe upper begins to rotate and apply glue.

Glue application process: During the rotation of the shoe upper, the operator needs to gently hold it with their hand to ensure stable rotation.

Complete gluing: After the shoe upper rotates once, press the foot switch again to release the pressing wheel, remove the shoe upper, and complete the gluing work. ‌

Operation details of specific equipment

Operating Procedures for Front Help Machine:

Turn on the power 30 minutes before production, turn on the heating switch of the rubber disc, and set the temperature at around 250 degrees.

Press the motor start switch, adjust the temperature of the blade, and choose to use the fourth claw according to the size of the shoe.

After covering the shoe upper with the last, place it in the middle claw for the claw to grip.

Step on the left foot switch to adjust the position of the shoe upper, and then insert it into the two or three claws for clamping.

Repeatedly press and release the left foot switch to ensure the correct position of the shoe upper. If there is any improper action, you can step on the right foot switch to brake. ‌
